Joli Paquet Trick or Treat Swap

I was in a Halloween swap and had the fabulous Wanda of
The Rat's Pajamas. We were to make a Halloween tote bag and fill it with treats. Just look at that tote bag. A halloween layer cake made from lace and trims ( she also sent some trims for me to craft around with). Look at that close up, it is awesome.

And it was filled with every kind of treat imaginable, cupcake wrappers, toppers and sprinkles. Mountains of candy (not shown for obvious reasons--I already ate it), candles, air fresheners, glitter. You name it and it was in there.
Thank you Wanda, I loved everything, hope you had a great Halloween!

Tags

Here is my book from the vintage tag swap. All the tags turned out nice. I might string them together and make a banner to hang from my mantel. What do you think?

Ribbon Roses

I love ribbon flowers, all kinds. Take a look at these delicate roses that came for me in the mail today. They are so shabby and sweet. See that cute tissue holder? It was a freebie just for ordering. I know, you've got to get some of your own.

Beginning

I was going for something screaming flamboyance but seeing the banner all plain like this makes me rethink the whole thing. Simple black and white, I like it.

Eco Chic Wedding

I'm in a couple of nings dedicated to Eco chic-environmentally friendly. One is Eco Chic Pink and the other is vintage bride. And now I finally have something for both of them. My new line of Eco Chic Wedding decorations.
This shabby album is made from a recycled paper album. I made the flower and bow from an upcycled Halloween costume. Can be usde for an album, journal or guest book. So shabby chic.

I saved this basket from a thrift shop. It had lurid purple flowers that I swear looked carnivorous in it. I added the shabby flower and ribbons again from an upcycled Halloween costume. This darling basket could hold favors, bird seed bundles or could even be used as a flower girl basket. This is my favorite piece from the recycled Halloween costume. A lovely shabby flower garland. It could decorate a cake table or even a favor display.

I love all of these and the best part is they are all environmentally friendly. Check out mt etsy store to see more pictures.
