Party Dress Cupcake Toppers



I love these new toppers. I was trying to make it look like a ballerina tutu but they came out screaming Party Dress! The variations on these with different colors and such are endless. I know what I'll be playing with tonight.

Can I order the top tutus? They are the ones with the in pink and white polka do too with pink tutu.
